If you've found a security issue you'd like to report responsibly. Please include enough detail to reproduce, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account and all data. If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] and we'll do it for you after verifying your identity.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap CalmBP Plus or CalmBP Plus Care
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll keep your Plus (or Plus Care) features through the end of your current billing period.

Care Circle

Care Circle (a Plus Care feature) lets someone you trust read your blood pressure history and receive alerts you have authorized.

Doctor share link

A doctor share link is a public URL that lets someone view a recent snapshot of your blood pressure history for 24 hours without needing the app. You choose who you send the link to. To create one, open Show Doctor in the app and tap Share via link. You can revoke a link from the same screen before it expires.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the CalmBP purchase, and follow Apple's prompts.
